Why take your Vitamins?

Every biological and physiological pathway in the human body depends on vitamins and minerals to function correctly. Amino Acids, Fatty Acids and Glucose are also important to cellular function, growth, and removal of waste.

All disease can be related to deficiencies in these nutrients and usually over a long term if it becomes a chronic or degenerative disease. On the other hand if it is an acute or a sub-acute illness it may be from a short-term deficiency. Acute illness is active inflammation; it is when you need to pay attention and change whatever made you vulnerable to getting sick. Sometimes it is your body's way of telling you to let go of some emotional or psychological trauma as well. If we don't take care during a time of acute illness it can turn into something sub-acute which is harder to kick and then chronic which can last years becoming degenerative where real permanent damage develops.

Taking a good multiple, and eating healthy so we get our Protein, Healthy Fats and Complex Carbohydrates can make all the difference in the world to our body's ability to fight off disease and degeneration. Plenty of purified water and digestive enzymes are also important to disease prevention.
